Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:

    "An Act relating to the authority of the Real Estate Commission to                                                          
    revoke licenses of persons convicted of certain crimes."

allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.
